How to place your Order
By Secure On-Line: For Credit Card payments
STEP ONE: Select the items you wish to order.
STEP TWO: Fill in your contact details (we don't share these with anyone).
STEP THREE: Check the Summary Page and proceed to payments page.
STEP FOUR: Fill in your credit card details and Submit.
This will open a FINAL CONFIRMATION page.
Next... check your emails and collect your items.
If you don't
receive your email order within an hour or so (there maybe normal email delays) or if you don't receive a conformation for your mail order within 48 hours, please email me.
By Snail Mail:
For Check or Credit Card payments
Print out the Summary Page (STEP 3)
For international customers, please use the international currency amount for the Check.
For currencies not displayed please email Angie for converted amount.

Shipping:
If you have purchased items that require mailing, CD's or A3 paper Patterns, they will be sent by Air Mail to you within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
Mail Delivery Times:
Australia - 3 to 6 days
USA and Canada - 4 to 10 days
UK and Europe - 6 to 12 days
Rest of the World - 6 to 12 days
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of embroidery software, we can not offer a refund once the embroidery design files have been sent. |
- If you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs, please download and test our free designs first.
- If you have ordered the same collection more than once, this can be exchanged!
- If you ordered a CD and it is damaged in anyway, we will replace it for you at no charge.
- We offer technical support for all purchases made from our website.
- If you have updated your embroidery machine recently and need the designs in a different format, please contact me to determine if the new format is available for your collection/s.
- If available, the new file can be emailed to you at no charge.
